With these results, we do not see the need to diversify at the moment.

Typically, no. Most business owners vastly underestimate the size of the market. For example, we specialize in weight loss. How many people are within a 30-mile radius of your business? How many of them are dissatisfied with their weight?
Medical weight loss is a $33.8 billion industry in the US. A spa on the other side of town is not going to affect you really.
We do combine the campaigns of our neighboring spas into a single campaign, so that instead of competing with each other, the pooled marketing budget is helping to outcompete other businesses.
Meta prioritizes the higher quality.
